Can children come to my appointment?

To maintain a serene shopping experience, we ask that no children under 10 be brought to appointments.

Should I bring anything with me?

Nothing is required to be brought with you—however the best practices would be to bring: nude undergarments, preferably strapless bra and no show underwear, a pair of heels or shoes the height of what you plan to be in for your wedding, and lastly while we do carry veils and certain accessories, if you have either please bring them so you can find the perfect gown!

Is there a return or exchange policy?

Due to the nature of bridal and formalwear, all purchases at Brick Street Bridal Co. are final sale. We thank you for supporting our small business!

What time frame should I expect?

We ask that you allow at least 8-16 weeks for any dresses that are ordered to be delivered. However, if you have a shorter timeline, please let us know and we will try our best to accomodate your needs.
